Si le délai d'exécution n'est pas fixé, ou si le débiteur est en droit d'exécuter avant le délai fixé, le créancier n'est pas en défaut du seul fait qu'il est temporairement empêché d'accepter l'exécution proposée, à moins que le débiteur ne l'ait informé de cette exécution prévue dans un délai raisonnable.
