บทบัญญัติแห่งมาตราก่อนนี้ ท่านให้ใช้บังคับตลอดถึงกรณีที่มีกำหนดตัวเจ้าหนี้ระบุไว้ในตราสารซึ่งมีข้อความจดไว้ด้วยว่า ให้ชำระหนี้แก่ผู้ทรงตราสาร

The provisions of the foregoing section apply correspondingly, if a creditor is designated in the instrument, but it is added that performance shall e made to the holder of such instrument.
