Si l'objet d'une obligation est la livraison d'une chose déterminée, la personne qui s'acquitte de l'obligation doit livrer ladite chose en même temps que la date de livraison prévue. Le débiteur doit, jusqu'à la livraison, conserver la chose avec le soin qu'une personne raisonnable et prudente apporterait à ses propres biens.
