ถ้าบุคคลธรรมดามีถิ่นที่อยู่หลายแห่งซึ่งอยู่สับเปลี่ยนกันไปหรือมีหลักแหล่งที่ทำการงานเป็นปกติหลายแห่ง ให้ถือเอาแห่งใดแห่งหนึ่งเป็นภูมิลำเนาของบุคคลนั้น
