ทายาทของผู้ให้อาจเรียกให้ถอนคืนการให้ได้แต่เฉพาะในเหตุที่ผู้รับได้ฆ่าผู้ให้ตายโดยเจตนาและไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือได้กีดกันผู้ให้ไว้มิให้ถอนคืนการให้แต่ว่าผู้ให้ได้ฟ้องคดีไว้แล้วอย่างใดโดยชอบ ทายาทของผู้ให้จะว่าคดีอันนั้นต่อไปก็ได้

English translation
The heirs of the donor may claim revocation of a gift only on the ground that the donee has intentionally and unlawfully killed the donor, or has prevented the donor from revoking the gift. Where the donor has already duly instituted an action, his heirs may continue that action.
