Si le salarié a été amené d'ailleurs aux frais de l'employeur, ce dernier est tenu, lorsque la location de services prend fin, sauf stipulation contraire dans le contrat, de payer le coût du voyage de retour, à condition que : (1) le contrat n'ait pas été résilié ou éteint en raison de l'acte ou de la faute du salarié, et (2) le salarié retourne dans un délai raisonnable au lieu d'où il a été amené.
