ถ้าได้ทำใบตราส่งให้แก่กัน ท่านว่าของนั้นจะรับมอบเอาไปได้ต่อเมื่อเวนคืนใบตราส่ง หรือเมื่อผู้รับตราส่งให้ประกันตามควร
