ในข้อความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งในการที่ของสูญหายหรือบุบสลายหรือส่งของชักช้านั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่ส่งมอบ หรือปีหนึ่งนับแต่วันที่ควรจะได้ส่งมอบ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีการทุจริต

No action against the carrier for loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of the goods may be brought after one year from delivery, or one year from the day delivery ought to have been made, except in cases of dishonesty.
