ในกรณีทั้งหลายดังกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๖๔๓ นั้นก็ดี หรือถ้าผู้ยืมประพฤติฝ่าฝืนต่อความในมาตรา ๖๔๔ ก็ดี ผู้ให้ยืมจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้
