Si aucun délai n'est fixé, le bien sera restitué après que l'emprunteur l'aura utilisé conformément au contrat. Le prêteur peut exiger la restitution anticipée du bien si le délai écoulé permet à l'emprunteur d'en avoir fait usage. Si aucun délai n'est fixé et qu'aucun usage n'est précisé dans le contrat, le prêteur peut exiger la restitution à tout moment.
