แม้ถึงว่ามีข้อสัญญาเป็นอย่างอื่นก็ตาม ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองไว้แก่บุคคลคนหนึ่งนั้น ท่านว่าจะเอาไปจำนองแก่บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่งในระหว่างเวลาที่สัญญาก่อนยังมีอายุอยู่ก็ได้
