Lorsque deux ou plusieurs personnes ont hypothéqué séparément leurs biens en garantie de l'exécution d'une même obligation par une autre personne et qu'aucun ordre n'a été spécifié, le débiteur hypothécaire qui a exécuté l'obligation, ou sur le bien duquel l'hypothèque a été mise en œuvre, n'a aucun droit de recours contre les autres débiteurs hypothécaires.
