ถ้าขายทอดตลาดได้เงินจำนวนสุทธิล้ำจำนวนเงินที่ผู้รับโอนเสนอว่าจะใช้ ท่านให้ผู้รับโอนเป็นผู้ออกใช้ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการขายทอดตลาด ถ้าได้ไม่ถึงล้ำจำนวน ท่านให้เจ้าหนี้ผู้ร้องขอให้ขายทอดตลาดเป็นผู้ออก

English translation
If the net proceeds of the auction are more than the sum offered by the transferee, the costs of the auction shall be borne by him; otherwise, the creditor demanding the sale shall bear the costs of the auction.
