ถ้าจำนำสิทธิ ท่านห้ามมิให้ทำสิทธินั้นให้สิ้นไป หรือแก้ไขสิทธินั้นให้เสียหายแก่ผู้รับจำนำโดยผู้รับจำนำมิได้ยินยอมด้วย
