บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ อันว่าด้วยฝากทรัพย์นั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับแก่การเก็บของในคลังสินค้าด้วยเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติในลักษณะนี้

The provisions of this Code concerning deposit apply to the storage of goods in a warehouse, so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Title.
