นายคลังสินค้าจะเรียกให้ผู้ฝากถอนสินค้าไปก่อนสิ้นระยะเวลาที่ตกลงกันไว้นั้น ท่านว่าหาอาจทำได้ไม่ ถ้าไม่มีกำหนดเวลาส่งคืนสินค้า นายคลังสินค้าจะส่งคืนได้ต่อเมื่อบอกกล่าวให้ผู้ฝากทราบล่วงหน้าเดือนหนึ่ง แต่ท่านมิให้ผู้ฝากต้องถูกบังคับให้ถอนสินค้าไปก่อนเวลาล่วงแล้วสองเดือน นับแต่วันที่ได้ส่งมอบฝากไว้

English translation
The warehouseman may not require the depositor to remove the goods before the expiry of the agreed period. If no time for the return of the goods has been fixed, the warehouseman may return them only after giving the depositor one month's notice; but the depositor may not be compelled to remove the goods before two months have elapsed from the day of deposit.
