ตัวแทนระงับส Voir aussi ตัวแทนตกเป็นผู้ไร้ความ Comptes rendus ท่านว่าทายาทหรือบุค คลผู้รับหน้าที่ดูแลท รัพย์มรดกของตัวแทนโ ดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายต้องบ อกกล่าวแก่ตัวการและ จัดการเพื่อปกปักรักษ าประโยชน์ของตัวการไป Voir aussi จนกว่าตัวการอาจเข้าป กปักรักษาประโยชน์นั้น ๆ ได้

Lorsque le mandat prend fin par le décès du mandataire, son incapacité ou sa faillite, l'héritier ou la personne ayant la charge légitime de la succession du mandataire doit en informer le mandant et prendre les mesures raisonnables dans les circonstances pour protéger les intérêts de ce dernier, jusqu'à ce que le mandant soit en mesure de les protéger lui-même.
