ผู้สลักหลังคนใดระบุข้อความห้ามสลักหลังสืบไปลงไว้แล้ว ผู้สลักหลังคนนั้นย่อมไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อบุคคลอันเขาสลักหลังตั๋วแลกเงินนั้นให้ไปในภายหลัง
