การสลักหลังนั้นต้องให้เป็นข้อความอันปราศจากเงื่อนไข ถ้าและวางเงื่อนไขบังคับลงไว้อย่างใด ท่านให้ถือเสมือนว่าข้อเงื่อนไขนั้นมิได้เขียนลงไว้เลยอนึ่ง การสลักหลังโอนแต่บางส่วน ท่านว่าเป็นโมฆะ
