ภายในบังคับแห่งบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายซึ่งกล่าวมาก่อนนั้น ถ้าคู่ฉีกฉบับใดแห่งตั๋วเงินออกเป็นสำรับได้หลุดพ้นไปด้วยการใช้เงินหรือประการอื่นฉบับหนึ่งแล้ว ท่านว่าตั๋วเงินทั้งสำรับก็ย่อมหลุดพ้นไปตามกัน
