ในระหว่างผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนด้วยกันก็ดี หรือในระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้นด้วยกันก็ดี ในระหว่างผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนกับห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ดี ในระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้นกับบริษัทก็ดี ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าบรรดาสมุดบัญชีเอกสารของห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัท หรือของผู้ชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทใด ๆ นั้น ย่อมเป็นพยานหลักฐานอันถูกต้องตามข้อความที่ได้บันทึกไว้ในนั้นทุกประการ
