ถึงแม้ว่าผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนทั้งหลายได้ตกลงให้ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนคนเดียวหรือหลายคนเป็นผู้จัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ดี ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนทุกคนนอกจากผู้จัดการย่อมมีสิทธิที่จะไต่ถามถึงการงานของห้างหุ้นส่วนที่จัดอยู่นั้นได้ทุกเมื่อ และมีสิทธิที่จะตรวจและคัดสำเนาสมุด บัญชี และเอกสารใด ๆ ของห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ด้วย

Even if partners have agreed that the business of the partnership shall be managed by one or more managing partners, each non-managing partner has the right to enquire at any time into the management of the business and to inspect and copy any of the partnerships books and documents.
