ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนไม่ว่าคนหนึ่งคนใดหามีสิทธิจะได้รับบำเหน็จเพื่อที่ได้จัดการงานของห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นไม่ เว้นแต่จะได้มีความตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
