เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการ ให้ห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนนำความไปจดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
