ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๑๒๗ ให้คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิเป็นผู้มีอำนาจแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิ แต่ถ้าข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิได้กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมไว้ การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมต้องเป็นไปตามที่ข้อบังคับกำหนด และให้มูลนิธินำข้อบังคับที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมนั้นไปจดทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิได้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิและให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๑๕ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม

English translation
Subject to Section 127, the committee of the foundation is empowered to amend the regulations of the foundation. If the rules and procedure for amendment have been provided in the regulations of the foundation, the amendment must be made accordingly. In every case the foundation shall register the amended regulations with the registrar within thirty days counting from the date of amendment by the committee of the foundation, and the provision of Section 115 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
