ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๑๒๗ ให้คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิเป็นผู้มีอำนาจแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิ แต่ถ้าข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิได้กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมไว้ การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมต้องเป็นไปตามที่ข้อบังคับกำหนด และให้มูลนิธินำข้อบังคับที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมนั้นไปจดทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่คณะกรรมการของมูลนิธิได้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิและให้นำความในมาตรา ๑๑๕ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม

Sous réserve de l'article 127, le comité de la fondation est habilité à modifier les statuts de la fondation. Si les modalités de modification sont prévues par les statuts, la modification doit être effectuée conformément à ces modalités et déposée au registre du commerce dans un délai de trente jours à compter de sa date d'adoption par le comité de la fondation. Les dispositions de l'article 115 sont alors applicables mutatis mutandis.
