การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมรายการในข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิตามมาตรา ๑๑๒ (๒) จะกระทำได้แต่เฉพาะในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) เพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธิ หรือ (๒) พฤติการณ์เปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นเหตุให้วัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธินั้นมีประโยชน์น้อย หรือไม่อาจดำเนินการให้สมประโยชน์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธินั้นได้ และวัตถุประสงค์ของมูลนิธิที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมนั้นใกล้ชิดกับวัตถุประสงค์เดิมของมูลนิธิ

English translation
The amendment of any particulars in the regulations of the foundation under Section 112 (2) can be made only for the following purposes: 1. To make the implementation of the object of the foundation possible; or 2. The change of circumstance makes the object of the foundation become less benefit or makes it unable to carry on the activities to fulfill the object of the foundation, and the object of the foundation so amended are close to the original objects.
