Le propriétaire d'un terrain peut, après préavis raisonnable, utiliser le terrain voisin dans la mesure nécessaire à la construction ou à la réparation d'une clôture, d'un mur ou d'un bâtiment sur ou à proximité de sa limite de propriété. Toutefois, il ne peut pénétrer dans l'habitation d'un voisin sans son consentement. En cas de dommages, le voisin peut demander réparation.
