การสมรสที่เป็นโมฆียะเพราะมิได้รับความยินยอมของบุคคลดังกล่าวในมาตรา ๑๔๕๔ เฉพาะบุคคลที่อาจให้ความยินยอมตามมาตรา ๑๔๕๔ เท่านั้น ขอให้เพิกถอนการสมรสได้
สิทธิขอเพิกถอนการสมรสตามมาตรานี้เป็นอันระงับเมื่อคู่สมรสนั้นมีอายุครบยี่สิบปีบริบูรณ์ หรือในกรณีการสมรสระหว่างชายหญิง เมื่อหญิงมีครรภ์
การฟ้องขอเพิกถอนการสมรสตามมาตรานี้ให้มีอายุความหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันทราบการสมรส

English translation
Where a marriage is voidable because the consent of a person referred to in Section 1454 was not obtained, only a person who could have given consent under Section 1454 may apply for annulment.
The right to apply for annulment under this Section is extinguished when that spouse reaches twenty years of age, or, in the case of a marriage between a man and a woman, when the woman becomes pregnant.
An action for annulment under this Section is barred after one year from the day the marriage became known.
