ถ้าผู้ทำพินัยกรรมได้โอนไปโดยสมบูรณ์ซึ่งทรัพย์สินอันเป็นวัตถุแห่งข้อกำหนดพินัยกรรมใดด้วยความตั้งใจ ข้อกำหนดพินัยกรรมนั้นเป็นอันเพิกถอนไปวิธีเดียวกันนี้ให้ใช้บังคับ เมื่อผู้ทำพินัยกรรมได้ทำลายทรัพย์สินนั้นด้วยความตั้งใจ

English translation

A testamentary disposition is revoked if the testator has intentionally made a valid transfer of the property which is the subject of the will. The same rule applies if the testator has intentionally destroyed such property.
