ภายใต้บังคับแห่งสิทธิของเจ้าหนี้กองมรดก เมื่อบุคคลใดถึงแก่ความตายโดยไม่มีทายาทโดยธรรมหรือผู้รับพินัยกรรม หรือการตั้งมูลนิธิตามพินัยกรรมมรดกของบุคคลนั้นตกทอดแก่แผ่นดิน

Subject to the rights of the creditors of the estate, where a person dies leaving no statutory heir, no beneficiary under a will, and no foundation established by will, his estate devolves on the State.
