ถ้าเหตุที่ศาลได้สั่งให้เป็นคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถได้สิ้นสุดไปแล้ว ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๓๑ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม

If the cause for which the court adjudged a person quasi-incompetent has ceased to exist, the provisions of Section 31 apply mutatis mutandis.
