En cas de vente d'un bien non identifié, la propriété n'est transférée qu'après numérotation, comptage, pesée, mesure ou sélection du bien, ou jusqu'à ce que son identité soit établie avec certitude. En cas de vente d'un bien identifié, si le vendeur est tenu de compter, peser, mesurer ou accomplir tout autre acte relatif au bien afin d'en déterminer le prix, la propriété n'est transférée à l'acheteur qu'après réalisation de cet acte.
