เมื่อขายทอดตลาดได้เงินเป็นจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ให้ผู้ขายหักเอาจำนวนที่ค้างชำระแก่ตนเพื่อราคาและค่าจับจ่ายเกี่ยวการนั้นไว้ ถ้าและยังมีเงินเหลือ ก็ให้ส่งมอบแก่ผู้ซื้อโดยพลันส่วนที่ ๒ความรับผิดเพื่อชำรุดบกพร่อง
