เมื่อทรัพย์สินนั้นได้ส่งมอบแก่ผู้ซื้อเพื่อให้ตรวจดูแล้ว การซื้อขายย่อมเป็นอันบริบูรณ์ในกรณีต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) ถ้าผู้ซื้อมิได้บอกกล่าวว่าไม่ยอมรับซื้อภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้โดยสัญญา หรือโดยประเพณี หรือโดยคำบอกกล่าว หรือ(๒) ถ้าผู้ซื้อไม่ส่งทรัพย์สินคืนภายในกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวมานั้น หรือ(๓) ถ้าผู้ซื้อใช้ราคาทรัพย์สินนั้นสิ้นเชิง หรือแต่บางส่วน หรือ(๔) ถ้าผู้ซื้อจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินนั้น หรือทำประการอื่นอย่างใดอันเป็นปริยายว่ารับซื้อของนั้น

English translation
Where the property has been delivered to the buyer for examination, the sale becomes complete in the following cases: (1) if the buyer does not give notice of refusal to buy within the time fixed by the contract, by custom or by notice; or (2) if the buyer does not return the property within that time; or (3) if the buyer pays the price of the property in whole or in part; or (4) if the buyer disposes of the property or does any other act implying acceptance of it.
