ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งในสัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนตกลงจะโอนเงินเพิ่มเข้ากับทรัพย์สินสิ่งอื่นให้แก่อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งไซร้ บททั้งหลายอันว่าด้วยราคาในลักษณะซื้อขายนั้น ให้ใช้ถึงเงินเช่นว่านั้นด้วย

If one party to an exchange agrees to transfer money in addition to other property to the other party, the provisions of the Title on sale concerning the price apply to that money.
