บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณะซื้อขายนั้น ท่านให้ใช้ถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนด้วย โดยให้ถือว่าผู้เป็นคู่สัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นผู้ขายในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้ส่งมอบ และเป็นผู้ซื้อในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้รับในการแลกเปลี่ยนนั้น
