เมื่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียหรือพนักงานอัยการร้องขอ หรือเมื่อศาลเห็นสมควร ศาลอาจสั่งอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังต่อไปนี้(๑) ให้ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินหาประกันอันสมควรในการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ตลอดจนการมอบคืนทรัพย์สินนั้น (๒) ให้ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินแถลงถึงความเป็นอยู่แห่งทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ (๓) ถอดถอนผู้จัดการทรัพย์สิน และตั้งผู้อื่นให้เป็นผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินแทนต่อไป

English translation
The court may, on the application of any interested person or of the public prosecutor or of its own motion; (1) Require the manager to give proper management security and return of the property entrusted to him. (2) Require him to give information as to the property condition of the absent person. (3) Remove him and appoint another manager in his stead.
