Le tribunal peut, dans l'ordonnance de nomination du gestionnaire de biens, fixer la rémunération à verser à ce dernier sur les biens du défunt ; à défaut de paiement, le gestionnaire peut ultérieurement saisir le tribunal afin d'obtenir la fixation de cette rémunération. Le tribunal peut, sur requête du gestionnaire, d'une personne intéressée ou du ministère public, ou d'office lorsqu'il apparaît que les circonstances relatives à la gestion des biens ont changé, rendre une ordonnance fixant, suspendant, diminuant ou augmentant la rémunération, ou ordonnant le versement d'une nouvelle rémunération au gestionnaire.
