ในข้อความรับผิดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพื่อทรัพย์สินของคนเดินทางหรือของแขกอาศัยสูญหายหรือบุบสลายนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่คนเดินทางหรือแขกอาศัยออกไปจากสถานที่นั้น
