จำนองเรือนโรงหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่นซึ่งได้ทำขึ้นไว้บนดินหรือใต้ดิน ในที่ดินอันเป็นของคนอื่นเขานั้นย่อมไม่ครอบไปถึงที่ดินนั้นด้วย ฉันใดกลับกันก็ฉันนั้น
