ผู้รับโอนจะไถ่ถอนจำนองเมื่อใดก็ได้ แต่ถ้าผู้รับจำนองได้บอกกล่าวว่าจะบังคับจำนอง ผู้รับโอนต้องไถ่ถอนจำนองภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันรับคำบอกกล่าว

English translation
The transferee may remove the mortgage at any time, but if he has been notified by the mortgagee of the mortgagee's intention to enforce the mortgage, he must do so within sixty days thereafter.
