ผู้รับโอนจะไถ่ถอนจำนองเมื่อใดก็ได้ แต่ถ้าผู้รับจำนองได้บอกกล่าวว่าจะบังคับจำนอง ผู้รับโอนต้องไถ่ถอนจำนองภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันรับคำบอกกล่าว
