การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของสมาคมจะกระทำได้ก็แต่โดยมติของที่ประชุมใหญ่ และสมาคมต้องนำข้อบังคับที่ได้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมไปจดทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนแห่งท้องที่ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของสมาคมตั้งอยู่ภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้ลงมติและให้นำความในมาตรา ๘๒ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม เมื่อนายทะเบียนได้จดทะเบียนแล้วให้มีผลใช้บังคับได้

Aucune modification ni aucun ajout aux statuts d'une association ne peut être apporté sans une résolution de l'assemblée générale. Ces modifications et ajouts doivent être déposés au greffe du lieu du siège social de l'association dans les quatorze jours suivant la date de la résolution, et les dispositions de l'article 82 s'appliquent, mutatis mutandis. Ils prennent effet après leur enregistrement par le greffe.
