ผู้จ่ายได้ทำการรับรองตั๋วแลกเงินแล้วย่อมต้องผูกพันในอันจะจ่ายเงินจำนวนที่รับรองตามเนื้อความแห่งคำรับรองของตนส่วนที่ ๓อาวัล
