การใช้เงินจะเรียกเอาได้ต่อเมื่อได้เวนตั๋วแลกเงินให้ ผู้ใช้เงินจะให้ผู้ทรงลงลายมือชื่อรับเงินในตั๋วเงินนั้นก็ได้
