ผู้ใดปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน ผู้ใดกระทำการใดอันเป็นการตระเตรียมเพื่อปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือเพื่อฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ หรือรู้ว่ามีผู้จะปลงพระชนม์พระราชินีหรือรัชทายาท หรือจะฆ่าผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ กระทำการใดอันเป็นการช่วยปกปิดไว้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สิบสองปีถึงยี่สิบปี
English translation
Whoever kills the Queen or the Heir-apparent, or kills the Regent, shall be liable to the death penalty.
Whoever attempts to commit such an act shall be liable to the same punishment.
Whoever does any act in preparation for killing the Queen or the Heir-apparent, or for killing the Regent, or who, knowing that a person is going to kill the Queen or the Heir-apparent, or to kill the Regent, does any act to help conceal it, shall be liable to imprisonment from twelve years to twenty years.

Section 109 extends the protection given to the King by Section 107 to the Queen, the Heir-apparent and the Regent. It has three tiers. The completed killing carries death and nothing else. An attempt carries the same punishment as the completed offence, displacing the general rule in Section 80 that an attempt is punished at two thirds. Preparation, and concealment by a person who knows that another intends to commit the offence, carry imprisonment from twelve to twenty years, not imprisonment for life. Punishing preparation at all is the notable feature, since preparation is not ordinarily an offence. Section 110 is the parallel provision for an act of violence against the person or liberty of the Queen or the Heir-apparent, or against the body or liberty of the Regent, and carries life imprisonment or sixteen to twenty years. Section 111 makes a supporter in any offence under Sections 107 to 110 liable to the same punishment as a principal.
