บุคคลใด ๆ ตั้งแต่สองคนขึ้นไปจะเริ่มก่อการและตั้งเป็นบริษัทจำกัดก็ได้ โดยเข้าชื่อกันทำหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ และกระทำการอย่างอื่นตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้
