บุคคลผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนใดคนหนึ่งประสงค์จะได้สำเนาหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิและข้อบังคับบรรดามีในบริษัทหนึ่งบริษัทใด ก็ชอบที่จะเรียกได้จากบริษัทนั้น ในการนี้ บริษัทจะเรียกเอาเงินไม่เกินฉบับละสิบบาทก็ได้

Any interested person is entitled to obtain from any company a copy of its memorandum and of its regulations, for which a sum not exceeding ten baht per copy may be charged by the company.
