บุคคลผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนใดคนหนึ่งประสงค์จะได้สำเนาหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิและข้อบังคับบรรดามีในบริษัทหนึ่งบริษัทใด ก็ชอบที่จะเรียกได้จากบริษัทนั้น ในการนี้ บริษัทจะเรียกเอาเงินไม่เกินฉบับละสิบบาทก็ได้
