ผู้ทรงใบหุ้นชนิดออกให้แก่ผู้ถือย่อมมีสิทธิจะมาขอเปลี่ยนเอาใบหุ้นชนิดระบุชื่อได้ เมื่อเวนคืนใบหุ้นฉบับออกให้แก่ผู้ถือนั้นให้ขีดฆ่าเสีย
