ถ้าบริษัทได้ออกหุ้นบุริมสิทธิไปแล้ว ได้กำหนดไว้ว่าบุริมสิทธิจะมีแก่หุ้นนั้น ๆ เป็นอย่างไร ท่านห้ามมิให้แก้ไขอีกเลย
