บรรดาบริษัทจำกัด ต้องมีสำนักงานบอกทะเบียนไว้แห่งหนึ่งซึ่งธุรการติดต่อและคำบอกกล่าวทั้งปวงจะส่งถึงบริษัทได้ ณ ที่นั้นคำบอกกล่าวสถานที่ตั้งแห่งสำนักงานที่ได้บอกทะเบียนไว้ก็ดี หรือเปลี่ยนย้ายสถานที่ก็ดี ให้ส่งแก่นายทะเบียนบริษัทและให้นายทะเบียนจดข้อความนั้นลงในทะเบียน

English translation
Every limited company must have a registered office to which all communications and notices may be addressed. Notice of the situation of the registered office and of any change therein, shall be given to the Registrar of companies, who shall record the same.
